Baking experiment... fail.

So I got a bit side tracked today, and decided instead of doing important things on my to-do I'd waste my time at my failed attempt at making these overly complicated pancakes.

Milk, eggs, Ground almonds, ground coconut and plain flour.

Whisked it all together with blueberries and banana.

Then it all fell apart...

I do think it's actually kinda hilarious. But oh well, people get nowhere in life without a few risks here and there.
